Jessica is a dedicated and experienced lawyer with a passion for resolving workplace conflicts and ensuring fair and equitable environments for employees and employers. With a deep understanding of employment law and a commitment to upholding the rights of the parties, procedural fairness, and the principles of natural justice, Jessica is a trusted advisor in the field of workplace investigations.

As a workplace investigator, Jessica conducts impartial and thorough investigations into various workplace issues. She is skilled in gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and providing clear, unbiased findings and recommendations to clients, if requested. Jessica is committed to ensuring that her investigations adhere to ethical standards and comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations. She takes the time to listen and guide parties through the process with transparency and empathy. Jessica’s approach is workplace investigations is rooted in a commitment to understanding the unique issues raised in each complaint and work environment. Her goal is to make findings that stand up to scrutiny and to achieve a fair outcome for the parties while minimizing the disruptions and stress often associated with workplace investigations.

Jessica gained extensive experience in labour and employment law from her previous practice at a preeminent national labour and employment law firm. She represented clients in a wide range of workplace matters in unionized and non-unionized settings, from discrimination and harassment cases to unfair labour practice complaints and wrongful termination claims.

Jessica holds dual Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy and is licensed to practice law in Ontario. Prior to attending law school, Jessica earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Windsor.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys cooking, exploring Toronto, and spending time with family, friends and her dog, Teddie.
